In order for you to become eligible to attend a retreat at the Heaven House, you must first complete our pre-requisite course, Design the Life of Your Dreams. Upon completion of the course, you may register for an upcoming retreat.

Our Mission
True coherence emerges when the body, mind, and soul are brought back into alignment. Our work is rooted in somatic presence, spiritual depth, and carefully guided experiences that restore internal harmony.
Through grounded awareness and refined altered-state work, we support the nervous system in softening out of chronic activation and returning to stability.

Our Facilitators
Each immersion is held by experienced facilitators trained in somatic regulation, spiritual integration, and relational attunement.
We approach every participant with discretion, maturity, and deep respect for the complexity of a lived life. Our role is not to direct or impose, but to create a steady and protected space where insight can arise naturally.

Our retreats are hosted in the breathtaking backdrop of Mt. Shasta, California.
The environment itself is part of the experience — light-filled, serene, and intentionally curated to support restoration. Space, privacy, and natural beauty provide a stabilizing container for deep inner work.
