The Heaven House, New Earth University, Bufo Sacred Medicine, and our affiliated ministries are founded upon sincerely held religious and spiritual beliefs. Any sacrament administered as part of our ceremonies is offered solely within the context of our bona fide religious practice and is never presented for recreational, entertainment, or commercial drug use.

Our ministry recognizes and relies upon the religious liberty protections provided under applicable federal and state law, including:

• The First Amendment to the United States Constitution (Free Exercise Clause) 
• The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 2000bb–2000bb-4) 
• The California Constitution, Article I, Section 4 (Freedom of Religion) 
• Any other applicable constitutional, statutory, or common-law protections for the free exercise of religion. 

Participation in any ceremony is voluntary and limited to adults who affirm that they are participating for sincere religious and spiritual purposes.
